i have been a sports fan for years. I have been watching the nba basketball playoffs and enthusiastically looking forward to my two favorite teams going to the finals. First the New York Knicks finished the playoffs and were waiting to see who their opponent was going to be. Honestly, I was cheering for the Spurs till they won the Eastern Conference and got to the NBA Finals. Therefore, yay it is finally the San Antonio Spurs vs the New York Knicks. I am going to look at the NBA Finals and just look at the basketball games without taking sides. The basketball games are Time Delayed by seconds to minutes when watching on tv. IF you do not believe then look at the basketball game on the tv or internet and then look at google.com team scores and see the difference in the time clocks. Typically the google.com website time clock and the tv time clock are different by 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Both the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs have worked very hard and gone home with achy bones after a basketball game to get to this point. Different people have different opinions and thoughts about what team they are going to cheer for. Both the San Antonio Spurs and the New York Knicks have donated finals tickets to the community youth. Fans and Community are part of a sports team all the way to the final destination. Therefore, it makes sense that the basketball team would donate tickets to the community youth.

San Antonio Spurs the last time the Spurs went to the NBA Finals was in the year 2014. The last time the Spurs won an NBA Championship was in the year 2014 when they played the Miami Heat. Therefore, the San Antonio Spurs are going to be eager to get a sixth NBA trophy. The Spurs have committed 1 Billion dollars to build a new spurs arena plus pay for all over cost. During construction there is always over cost. The problem with that is that the downtown area recently got over a long construction period where businesses were affected. Now here we again with the years long construction project for the new spurs arena is the mentality. Many downtown businesses are going to be affected again. In my opinion the new spurs arena in an unnecessary expense.

New York Knicks the last time the Knicks went to the NBA Finals was in the year 1999. The last time the Knicks won an NBA Championship was in the year 1973 when they played the Los Angeles Lakers. Therefore, the New York Knicks are going to be hungry to get a third NBA trophy. The Knicks have been playing in the same arena for years and at this post writing no mention of a new Knicks arena. The Knicks seem to be satisfied with the arena they have been playing in for years.

The 2026 NBA Finals are going to be some of the best basketball games and I wish both teams luck with Liberty and Justice and EQUALITY for both basketball teams to win the NBA championship. This is not a republicans vs democrats nba championship. This is an NBA basketball championship where the result is up to the basketball players.
